All direct orders are printed on-demand in Melbourne, Australia and shipped worldwide!
All orders are processed and printed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. You will then receive another notification when your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For Global shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For Australia wide shipping: We offer $8.95 flat rate shipping within Australia.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
Our made-to-order books are printed using premium inks and quality papers.
We know you'll love our books as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer free returns up to 30 days after delivery; if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus any shipping costs.
